Juvenile (Single) Player - €35 Minor (Single) Player - €35 Adult (Single) Player - €60 Family (2 Adults / 2 Boys*) - € (85: This includes boys playing up to and including Minor. Each additional boy is €15 Non-Player / Mentors - €30 OR 50 FOR A COUPLE * Note 1: Under 6 Girls only are permitted to be included in Family Membership. * Note 2: In the case of more than two boys, use a second application form and attach. * Note 3: Boys are those aged up to and including Minor.
