Moycarkey Borris 18/09/19

Senior  Fixtures

Our intermediate footballers played Cashel on Tuesday evening in littleton and after a slow start won by an 11 point margin. This win puts them through to a quarter  final.

Next up was the Mid quarter final against Loughmore in Templetouhy on Sunday evening. Moycarkey produced one of their best performances and led from the start with 10 points ahead going in at half time. The introduction of John McGrath in the second half didn’t phase the lads as they held out to win by 9 points. This sets them up with a semi final against Upperchurch next Sunday at 2pm in Holycross.

Juvenile Fixtures

Our 16B Hurlers are out this Saturday morning in Golden at 11am against either Ballingarry or St Pats. All Support appreciated.

Our 8s travelled to Thurles Gaels on Saturday morning while our under 6s travelled to Holycross. We wish to thank both clubs for their hospitality.

Best of luck to our under 10 boys who are competing in the Bob Stakelum tournament this weekend.
