County Senior Hurling League: In a hard fought contest there was nothing between the sides on the final gasp of the referees whistle on Sunday afternoon in Littleton between Moycarkey Borris and Roscrea. At half time Roscrea were leading by 4 points, latter end of the second half was score for score, finishing the game at a draw on a scoreline of Moycarkey Borris 1 15 to Roscrea 2 12. Our next outing in this competition is next Sunday against Annacarty @ 3pm in Annacarty.

U21A football: Last Wednesday night was the Mid U21A Mid football final where we played Loughmore Castleiney in Templetuohy, and Loughmore Castleiney emerged winners on a scoreline of 1 13 t0 1 2.

U21A hurling: Saturday last we played Holycross Ballycahill in Littleton and this finished with Moycarkey winning 1 22 to 0 9.

Mid Minor A hurling: The first round of this year’s competition is on Thursday in Castleiney @ 5.45pm where we take on Loughmore Castleiney. All support welcome.

Poker Classic: Good Friday brings the annual poker classic which will take place in the Muintir na Tire hall as usual. More details later.

Club Membership: All membership must be paid up by the end of this month, it is very important that it is paid as players won’t be covered by insurance otherwise.

Camogie: Juvenile camogie returns this Saturday @ 12pm. U7 TO U14s.

Club Lotto: The lotto jackpot is now worth 5,800euro. Tickets can be purchased from any committee member, local shops, pubs or at most club matches. Please support our lotto as it is the clubs primary source of income. The yearly running of the club depends mainly on this. For 2euro it could be well worthwhile, good luck to all who purchase!

U6s: This Saturday the u6s will be back in the Muintir na Tire hall @ 10.30am.
