Moycarkey Borris Camogie and Ladies Football Club Notes - June 2nd 2015

Under 12 Camogie

On a beautiful summers evening on Tuesday May 26th, our Under 12 Camogie team took on Holycross in Ballycahill. Holycross started off the stronger team and this reflected on the scoreboard. In second half the girls played well but Holycross were the winning team.

Under 14 Ladies Football

On Wednesday last Moycarkey Borris Under 14 team hosted the Tipperary Ladies Football Under 14 C Championship Semi Final against Clonmel Óg. Both teams played well but Clonmel Óg had the advantage on the scoring in the first half and went in at half time, Clonmel Óg 3-3 Moycarkey Borris 2-0. After the break Moycarkey Borris returned to the field with more determination and this was reflected on the score board. The full time score Moycarkey Borris 5-6 Clonmel Óg 3-4.

Primary Games

Congratulations to Queva O’Meara on being selected to play at the Primary Games in Semple Stadium last Sunday at the Munster Senior Football Championship Quarter Final, Tipperary v Waterford.
