Moycarkey Borris Camogie and Ladies Football Club Notes - May 12th 2015

Under 14 Ladies Football

Moycarkey Borris Under 14 team continued their Tipperary Ladies Football Championship this week with two games in the competition. The first game of the week was against hosts, Arravale Rovers on Tuesday last. Arravale Rovers were the stronger team on the evening. The Moycarkey-Borris team – Zoe McKenna; Amy Cummins, Roisin Donnelly, Kathryn O’Meara; Aoife Walsh, Amy McGovern, Zoe O’Meara; Siobhan Carroll, Aoife Ryan; Clodagh Fallon, Emma Shelly, Emma Dowling; Aoife Dunphy, Michaela McKelvey, Kate Sheridan. Subs - Queva O’Meara, Lauryn O’Sullivan, Leah Walsh, Emma O’Sullivan.

Their second game of the week was against Holycross played in wet conditions at Ballycahill. For the majority of the game the teams were evenly matched with very little between the sides but the second game in quick succession proved too much for Moycarkey Borris and in the final stages, Holycross scored two late goals to win.

Cul Camp

Moycarkey Borris GAA will host their Cul Camp from 6th July to 10th 2015. Anyone interested in participating in the Camp can do so by contacting Mary Shelly, Juvenile Secretary or by booking online www.kelloggsculcamps.gaa.ie

Training

Training will continue for all teams with texts going to parents to notify them of the relevant times.
