Senior Hurling
The other Semi Final in the Dr Fogarty Cup was played last weekend and following Loughmore Castleiney’s victory over Ballina, Moycarkey Borris now look forward to playing them in the Final at a date to be confirmed.

Junior B
In the Jim and Anne Kennedy Mid Tipperary Junior B Football Championship Moycarkey-Borris were defeated by Moyne Templetuohy on Friday last on a score line Moyne Templetuohy 1-14 Moycarkey Borris 2-7.

Camogie and Ladies Football Club
Tesco

Moycarkey Borris Camogie & Ladies Football Club have been selected as one of the sporting clubs in the Tesco Community Fund. Every time you shop in your local Tesco store in Thurles, you will receive a token of goodwill to place in the donation box of Moycarkey Borris. After six weeks, the number of tokens are counted and up to €1,000 is distributed proportionally between three local causes. The more tokens we enter the larger share of the donation we will receive. Please support.

Junior A Ladies Football
Commiserations to the Moycarkey Borris Junior Ladies Football team who were defeated by Clonmel Commercials in the Tipperary Ladies Football Junior A Championship. Moycarkey Borris team - Megan Woodlock, Ann Connolly, Laura Ralph, Margaret Doyle, Karen Mullins, Maeve Hackett, Olivia Hogan, Breana O’Gorman, Marie Kinnane, Marianne Murphy, Kelly Hackett, Emily Walsh, Lisa Power, Michaella Graham and Tricia Ralph. Minor Ladies Football
Congratulations to Moycarkey Borris Minor team who defeated Moyne Templetuohy in the Tipperary Ladies Football Minor Championship.

Under 14 Camogie
Commiserations to Moycarkey Borris Camogie & Ladies Football Club Under 14's who were defeated by Templemore in the Tipperary Camogie Autumn League.

Under 12 Camogie
On Monday last the Under 12’s travelled to Croke Park to take part in the Caman to Croker Fun Blitz. They played three teams on the day; Shamrock’s from Galway, Geraldine’s Portglenone from Antrim and Ballinhassig from Cork. Everyone had great fun and competed well and they all enjoyed a tour of Croke Park on the day. Well done to mentors Sharon Ralph, Una O’Sullivan and Ray Ralph who travelled with them on the day.

Congratulations to Megan Woodlock, Moycarkey Borris who refereed at the blitz on the day.
The following evening the Under 12’s hosted Holycross Ballycahill in the Tipperary Camogie Under 12 Autumn League. Moycarkey were the stronger on the night.
After a successful start to the week they travelled to Monroe to compete against Moyle Rovers in the Tipperary Camogie Under 12 Autumn League and they continued on their successful path beating Moyle Rovers.
Congratulations to Moycarkey Borris Under 12 team who defeated Moyle Rovers in the Tipperary Ladies Football Under 12 Summer League.

Under 8 Camogie
Our Under 8 team travelled to the Ragg Camogie Grounds on Saturday last to take part in a Tipperary Camogie Blitz. They played 3 matches on the day competing against Kildangan, Slieve Feilim Raparees and Portroe.

Community Games Long Puck
Best wishes to Michelle Flanagan who will represent Moycarkey Borris in the All Ireland Community Games Girls Long Puck next weekend.
